Having used several other similar apps, I found this one which I found to do everything I wanted and gave it a five star review. I have been very happy with the app for a couple of years now but suddenly they have changed it so you have to pay a monthly subscription to have it ad free. If you don’t you get bombarded with ads which are very annoying and so I’m going to delete this app and look elsewhere.
Incorrect figures and slow support

I started to use the app and the interface looks great but the mpg figures are incorrectly calculating. I made contact and received a quick response but not fix was offered. No response since. Now deleting and will try another app.
Where did all the adds come from

I have been using this app since 2010 and purchased the app at the time. Just updated it and wished I hadn’t as I now have to pay monthly to remove all the adds that now plague the app. But rather than subscribe I have deleted the app and will find something else.** Update ** Mysteriously when I used the app yesterday the adds had disappeared, there has been no update that I am aware of so have to assume that something was changed at the back end. Hmm - will hang on and see what happens but upgraded review from 1 to 3 stars for now
Good idea, but quite annoying for UK users

MPG calculation not appearing after 8 fuel ups. I think the only way it might work is if your car is completely empty and you fill it up to the brim. The UI is time-consuming and labour-intensive. Does not recognise my local mechanic, and local petrol station (a large Shell station on a main A road). Impossible to add a reminder for an MOT. Cannot use a combination of MPG, miles and litres. I will persevere for a while, but I’m struggling to see the value.
