I found this very helpful, just being made aware of each part of the body in turn to relax it, I noticed tension is places I hadn’t before. I actually slept better than I had in ages, with a baby it’s not so much the length of time you sleep but the quality of it! So I’ll be using this a lot from now on.Reading some of the reviews was interesting… I like the idea of being able to skip the intro, to have a timer on the wake function and to have the ability to adjust the volume of the background noise… sounds amazing! Hypnotherapy isn’t for everyone agreed and I can see why some people could find parts of it patronising but it’s a little rude to imply if you find this app helpful you have no self respect! That’s just my opinion 🤗

An insomniac, I’ve used -and valued - this app for many years. Suddenly, it was unusable as it began crashing constantly. The only fix I found was to purchase it at £2.99. Admittedly it’s not a huge amount to pay in exchange for some sleep but there was no indication that there was going to be a charge for it and though I’m not 100% sure, I’m pretty certain I’ve paid for it in the past. Very disappointing. The app itself is great, when you can access it. Andrew Johnson’s gentle voice has helped me sleep many, many times.

I was first recommended AJ, back in 2012 when I was in my early 30’s now some 15 years later I was looking to see if Andrew had released anything new, and I realised I had never written a review. What can I say…. Andrew’s mediations have been with me through the best and worse parts of my life.From becoming a new parent, stressful job, insomnia,Anxiety, loss of identity and confidence, stopping smoking, and all the highs that well outweigh the lows, even when I am feeling great, I still use the AJ meditations, it has become embedded in my daily schedule. Whenever I’m away from home and husband, I have difficulty falling asleep and and this recording is my lifesaver. If you find it doesn’t work the first few times, it’s worth persisting by using it nightly as AJ advises. It really does become more effective the more you use it. I particularly appreciate the fact that the imagery is fairly neutral - no going down wells or staircases!
