I have been using this app for a number of years, mainly to check current conditions via the webcams and weather forecast. However following the latest update the webcams do not refresh so the whole functionality has been lost, which is very disappointing. The only way to check current pictures is to delete and download the app again! Very poor.. - previous versions had no such issues.
3D map slow to load and data inconsistencies

As has been the case since it was introduced a while ago, the 3D map is incredibly slow to load and cumbersome to use. The 2D version was later re-introduced and, as a frequent user of the App in recent years, I believe that the 3D version should now be scrapped as a waste of time for everyone.In the App there are still data errors. For example, on 17 December when there were high winds, La Masse 1 was physically not open and not working. However, the list of lifts said that it was open (green) yet when you went into the detail against the La Masse 1 lift on the list, it showed on the 2D map that the lift was due to open (orange). In different circumstances, these data inconsistencies could easily cause people to be stranded and compromise people's safety on the slopes.

2D map is back, finally. Same traditional ski map format that’s been around since 1970’s and is easy to understand and navigate. But they’re still pushing that horrendous 3D map by FATMAP as default. I can appreciate that this is a marketing strategy. But an option in the setting to have 2D as default would be nice. And also the ability to download the latest 2D map as PDF. I’d also like to see a detailed guide for the resorts, drugstores, medical centres, grocery stores, bars and pubs, more restaurants, rental shops, etc.

When it’s working it’s good; you can check what lifts and runs are open, whether it has been groomed and display a map with that data. However often it just isn’t updating. Either it’s blank and refusing any info or it’s out of date. Eg today 9.30 on 18th dec it is displaying latest info from 7.30 am on 16th. Whether this is the fault of the app or where it gets its info from, who knows.
• Fix for tracking issues, particularly regarding stopping and session synchronization.
