Signed up with hope it was better than free apps. You can’t see photos, can’t message anyone, then signed up to premium and all photos were still blurred. You can only see people if they decide to share their photo with you. I tried to contact customer services for a refund several times and NO ONE replies!!!! If you’re on an automatic renewal subscription you’re basically screwed and can’t contact them. It’s an absolute scam. Do not waste your money!!!!Update: Oh so you reply to me on here? If your advice of using the correct contact worked I wouldn’t still have a profile. It’s shocking that Apple allow app companies to operate like this. Still I’ve have had zero response to my communication with Parship.

Paid they £8.99 for 7 days lol - thinking it would be so much better than any of the free apps like this to be very disappointed , everything is still hidden and hard to use, only difference is you can message people that don’t message you back - save your money will be deleting after my 7 days is up

Not much activity. Very little support

I was recommended Parship by friends in Scandinavia. I joined in London. You would think there would be a lot of matches - NOT!I cast the net wider to Germany, Ireland and Scandinavia- again nothing special. There are plenty of people but when you review their profiles or have a conversation with them, it is obvious that you have very little in common. One very annoying feature is when people ping you and then terminate contact within 2-3 days. My profile tells them I work for a living and have a life so cannot watch the app 24/7. I thought that was a good thing. Not for this membership. Feels like Tinder or something, where people sit glued to the screen expecting immediate responses. So not for busy people or grown-ups.The app is not intuitive. Given the odd selection I got from the questionnaire, I am keen to update the responses slightly to see if that helps. No chance. So the only option is to to terminate. Elite Singles also has awful reviews. Sigh.
