I’ve been using this app for nearly 4 years now and I’m in budget of £500 monthly and I only play casino games, however I’ve never won anything from this app till now, i was just losing and returning less and losing more and returning less. in the last 3 months i lost £1500 in 6 days play. I don’t know i just keep losing no matter what game i play. I was playing big bass bonanza 50 p per spin and lost over £250 in one go without exiting the game then I stopped and then next day I tried different game and it’s the same I lost £250 in one game aswell in just 2 days and my budgets finished in a very beginning of the month and waited the whole month which is last month and I lost the £500 in 2 days aswell in different games. No matter how many times I try I’ve never had a bonus in any of games. And waited a whole month again and today as I’m writing in the very beginning of the month I already lost the £500 in to days??are you serious ?? Why?? And the funny thing is after I lost all this money and i was at my last £10 and finally got a bonus and paid me £2.75 lol I really laughed real hard and was sinking pain inside of me. How viscous? But today I took my decision and excluded myself permanently and deleted the app. If someone is reading this comment please get out of here and don’t give your hardworking money to these scammers maybe your case is different but I’m 100% sure you’re going to end up the same. The app is not very good if you go to a particular race on the app then browse elsewhere when you come back to the pp page instead of getting straight into it you have to go through all the rigmarole to get back into the same page you would think that this would be rectified on update but it’s not also many a time I’ve picked out a bet and was logged in but when I try and do the bet it tells me to log in first to do the bet and although I was logged in I have to log myself out and then log back in before it will accept my bet and finally at present it’s impossible to contact Paddy Power yet they can contact you at any time even their chat service is useless dose not give proper options to what you have to say any time I have tried to use it I would write what I would like to say but the answer would come back sorry do not understand what you would like and whatever you are trying to get across you get no adequate response until you eventually give up and have totally wasted our time on several occasions I have tried to get in touch with paddy power to no avail I have not changed as yet as the rest would be much the same just happy to take your money but don’t have a decent Customer service.

I needed help with wanting to cancel a bet struck by accident.! The pp bot assistance needed to confirm myself with security questions etc., but upon providing information, it then proceeded to send my query to a “customer service representative “.!!! I then had to go through the whole process AGAIN, which was long winded. Upon completion, the so called “assistant “ requested my bet ID, which I struggled copy and pasting , but managed. After this, the assistant responded with, give me 10 minutes and if I don’t get back to you, check this thread again.!!! Needless to say, I didn’t hear back, so asked again, and was prompted to enter ALL details AGAIN from the very beginning, this time became an issue.!?!?!! I did it all again and the same thing happened like Groundhog Day. I then had to give up because part of my bet was starting. The whole process took well over an hour and half, with NO help or resolution. Help centre, very UNHELPFUL.!!!! Regards
