Hi I’m an avid gambler who gambles on many different sites and have found that in regards of the slots on this site compared to many others the win payments are nothing and few and far between I’ve consistently played slots on here for about twelve months and have never won anything worth collecting if that dose not tell you anything then go ahead download the app and kiss goodbye to your already hard enough earnings Hey I will give you some comparison so three days ago I downloaded bet victor all in all I spent about £200 in three days BUT on the third day I won £5,500 on the slots wow so if you want to win money and not throw it away either keep it in ya pocket or download bet victor definitely don’t deal with paddy the baddy power

The app is not very good if you go to a particular race on the app then browse elsewhere when you come back to the pp page instead of getting straight into it you have to go through all the rigmarole to get back into the same page you would think that this would be rectified on update but it’s not also many a time I’ve picked out a bet and was logged in but when I try and do the bet it tells me to log in first to do the bet and although I was logged in I have to log myself out and then log back in before it will accept my bet and finally at present it’s impossible to contact Paddy Power yet they can contact you at any time even their chat service is useless dose not give proper options to what you have to say any time I have tried to use it I would write what I would like to say but the answer would come back sorry do not understand what you would like and whatever you are trying to get across you get no adequate response until you eventually give up and have totally wasted our time on several occasions I have tried to get in touch with paddy power to no avail I have not changed as yet as the rest would be much the same just happy to take your money but don’t have a decent Customer service.

I needed help with wanting to cancel a bet struck by accident.! The pp bot assistance needed to confirm myself with security questions etc., but upon providing information, it then proceeded to send my query to a “customer service representative “.!!! I then had to go through the whole process AGAIN, which was long winded. Upon completion, the so called “assistant “ requested my bet ID, which I struggled copy and pasting , but managed. After this, the assistant responded with, give me 10 minutes and if I don’t get back to you, check this thread again.!!! Needless to say, I didn’t hear back, so asked again, and was prompted to enter ALL details AGAIN from the very beginning, this time became an issue.!?!?!! I did it all again and the same thing happened like Groundhog Day. I then had to give up because part of my bet was starting. The whole process took well over an hour and half, with NO help or resolution. Help centre, very UNHELPFUL.!!!! Regards

Been playing the bingo on this app, didnt win for about 2 months then mentioned in the chat that the same names keep popping up as winners, then as if by miracle I win...only a quid or something but still, and now I cant take part in the chat as its 'restricted' lol also had issues with the cash out part of the live betting. Seems like if theres ever a time you could cash out your bet, for some reason something will happen and it wont allow you to. From what I've read from other reviews this isnt an isolated incident. Join another betting site, not this one!Footnote:- All of a sudden for no reason my account has been suspended waiting two hours on live chat only to be asked a security question that I had never set up so then they are telling me to send a selfie! Sorry but no way. Then when I wanted to complain they were obstructive and kept telling me that I needed to comply with their orders of a selfie. Closed account will find another betting app. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS APP NOTHING BUT AGGRO
