I absolutely love shopping on pull and bear lol it’s so easy and it’s full of good stuff you will find some things that you reaaally like each time, then when your clothes arrive you’re super happy with them just the quality and feel and look, the app is so easy to navigate it has all cool features where you can scroll through outfits etc it’s well cool! Purchasing clothes is even easier then when you got to check out delivery is free? You just can’t knock it! Women’s clothing is always nice and looks great too, love this store and love the app!

I’ve been using the app for more than 12 months now. The issues are:-stock showing as available in your size, customer adds it to the basket only for it to be marked “out of stock” immediately- inventory is not up to date on the app (and no, it’s not an issue of items being sold out while in my basket.) -I had an issue with a large number of orders: about 12 hrs-24hrs after payment I get an email stating “this item is not available” or “the delivery date has changed” -the service is unreliable and the very lengthy (10+ days for store delivery?!) and constantly changing delivery dates constitute very poor customer experience- especially when you order in advance because you’re going away and the delivery is significantly delayed. -the “4hr store collection” option is the worst feature of the app: I ordered, I was informed my order would be ready for store collection within 4hrs. I received no confirmation or communication that day at all, then half of my order was cancelled and the other half not yet available for collection after 24hrs. I don’t like my time being wasted and these issues will result in customer departures.

Your website offers 10% off if I download the app, which I did but then no discount. I mean, it’s only a small amount but I suppose it’s the brand trust that matters and this is the difference between an outstanding seamless consumer experience and not so much.

Not sure why this app has such high reviews unless people are reviewing Pull & Bear the store rather than the app. I love the store itself but this app, along with the mobile site, is incredibly frustrating. Scrolling through the product photos is next to impossible and it slides to another product instead. Scrolling through search results is choppy and laggy and it’s very easy to select a product when you’re trying to scroll. I was also unable to check stock in my local store as apparently my local store doesn’t exist (it does, I’ve been there).
