I’ve been trying to book an appointment for a week now and every time I come to the office the service isn’t working. Came once again to get my monthly card done with an appointment with all the documents i thought I needed and the lady was super rude telling i needed my passport in hands while ON THE APP IT DOESNT GIVE YOU ANY INFO OF WHAT YOU NEED. she kept on telling me i should’ve opened the website and checked but the app should also give you the same info. Horrible!!!
Worst possible app you’ll ever download

Most of the info is in Italian (even when you change the language to. English; for example to apply to a digital card, all the drop-downs are in italian). If you want to create a digital card, they’ll even ask for your shoe size (in Italian ofc) and then say the information provided is not correct.

Perfect app for traveller's into the city, can tell you how to get from one place to the other what lines/mode of transport to take. Read some reviews before and remember to activate your ticket after purchase and you’ll be fine
