Hi been using this as work implemented it. It’s never worked correctly since we started using it. You can’t report it anywhere I can find so hopefully someone will see this and fix it. The quick clock feature has never worked on my iPhone since they put this in. When you log in and clock in it now has the wrong date daily. The clock in needs to be refreshed after you hit the clock or you can’t see if it has worked as nothing happens. It’s just a shambles. Please fix as this is not a quick thing to do and it should be easy. So frustrating. Thanks. If this was sorted it would be better for all.

The worst app to exist

My workplace implemented this a couple years ago & it has never worked correctly. It kicks me off the Face ID option, asks me to type my password, I type the password that I have saved in my notes on my phone, only for it to tell me I’m wrong 3 times & locks me out of my account. I can only sign in on the work computer via a link that is sent to me to let me know my payslip is ready to view. Literally nobody in this workplace can access there wage slips when they want as the app is absolute garbage. Resetting the password even comes as a struggle as most the time it just doesn’t send any link over to reset or just send you back to the Home Screen. Absolute joke of an app, need fixing, has long enough to do so yet still faced with the same issues.

This app is terrible. It constantly says locked out. Change your password multiple times locked out. Want to view your salary locked out. Change your password password not recognised locked out. Want to use face recognition locked out. Want to skip the face recognition and use password guess what locked out. I’ve used the app with no problem for a month then for no good reason locked out. We changed over a couple of years ago and one month is the longest it’s worked for. Utter rubbish Thank god I don’t have holidays to book on through this app. Why on earth large companies carry on using this is beyond me. I honestly would give zero stars if it was an option

Please try clearing your phone's cache, delete and reload the app and make sure you are running the latest version of your phone's OS. If that doesn’t resolve the issue please contact your company administrator, usually the payroll/hr contact at your company, and they can reach out to their ADP Tech Team to troubleshoot.
Worst app from the worst company in existence

Since my employer moved to this system the only way I can view my payslips is by using the oldest version of internet explorer that is available, even then I get an unbelievably small window to view it in.As for this app!! For months it wouldn’t let me log in as it was ‘unable to reach servers’ now it tells me that my perfectly valid password is wrong... I then follow the steps to change my password and the app has crashed each time I’ve tried (which has been 12 times up to this point) I am now coming to terms with the fact that I may never view another payslip again in my life as long as ADP Freedom are still operating (I am aware of the irony of it being called ‘freedom’)
This release of ADP Mobile contains minor usability enhancements and bug fixes.
