Excellent app. I only started using the app and can see this app is different league to any other app I tried to help me organise my life and work (and there was at least 30 I tried over last 6 months). What I like about is that there is option to synchronise your existing tasks lists with this one (and this is available with free version). Once you synchronise your tasks the app goes through them one by one asking you whether or not you wish to personalise it. Excellent, easy to use and with extended help and support available at one click.

I primarily subscribed to this app as I wanted an ‘All in one’ Calendar/To-do List app which included Location Based Reminders, and there are very few out there which do. This app does have a load of great features and on the whole it is very well thought out, but is has some frustrating little niggles for me, for example there is no search function in the calendar, only in the tasks screen. When you add sub-tasks to a main task, the newest one added appears on top where I think the oldest on top would be more logical as you would normally work down a list clearing your oldest tasks first. Another option here would be to make them movable but at present you can’t do that either. The main problem for me though is the design of the Location Based Reminders. It is straightforward to use but it is the only version I’ve seen where you don’t have an adjustable Geofencing option to allow you to trigger the reminder a set number of meters (or more) from your destination. Instead you have to input a postcode or address and this can cause problems if you wanted alerted in a certain area but you may not have the actual address or postcode (for shopping reminders while approaching shops for example). Also GPS positioning is not always 100% accurate, so sometimes the alert does not trigger. It is also not possible to drag or reposition the pin on the map either, so it can be VERY limiting. For most users though, it will probably be fine but I subscribed to the pro version specifically for the features which still need perfecting.

I really liked the app and have saved many tasks on it over time. However since the last update in August 2020 the app does not open anymore and now I cannot get to my tasks which is very frustrating. I use an older phone, an iPhone 6, so don’t know if it’s because of this. But there should have been some notice given if this is to do with older iOS support as I am now stranded. Not good. Apps gone from a 5 star to a 1 due to its support&mainenance not due to functionality, because when it works it’s good.UPDATE: After posting the review, the day after there was an update and the problem has been fixed! Great! Back to enjoying a good app.

It is a great app, no question about it. It is also backed up with first rate support I would say probably the best I’ve had to deal with via the App Store. Why 3 stars - purely because I need a desktop app to work as well, I work in areas where I cannot take a mobile device and the lack of desktop functionality kills it for me, and that’s the only reason based upon my usage patterns. I’d thoroughly recommend anyone who is mobile centric to try it but just doesn’t yet work for me, I will keep an eye out for updates.Updates to say the apps are available but desktop apps only support a single google account in read only mode which as I don’t use google makes it useless.
