I used this during my visit to Paris, and it is a must have. It tells you exactly what you need to know to get wherever you need to go, factoring in closures so you don’t even need to worry. You don’t even need to know station names, just type in the landmark you want to visit and it automatically finds the best route and how to get there. I can’t recommend it more
App Doesn’t Work

I have installed this app to try and load t+ tickets on to my physical Navigo card. I can read my card to see the remaining t+ tickets (purchased with the Navigo card at a machine). However, when I try to purchase additional t+ tickets via Apple Pay in the app, the Apple Pay transaction goes through, but the RATP app tells me it failed, and I don’t see the screen to load my purchase on to the Navigo card. When I check my bank account, I see the transaction has been approved. I tried two different cards, same problem, so the problem is the RATP app and/or Navigo. I also tried the SNCF app, which has the same functionality, and same issue - transaction appears on my bank account, but no t+ ticket to load on to my Navigo card. As other have said, compared to London, this is very poor, and certainly will cause a lot of frustration during the Olympics. (UK traveller with a UK bank account enabled for overseas transactions)

No app support so all you can do is report problem as a review. The doom loop of ‘contact us’ going straight to inane questions and answers is awful. They have geoblocked the metro maps and some bus naps presumably due to incompetence. So you can see them on hotel WiFi in Paris but not on a roaming phone or reference them in London. Why ??? Very poor developers and testing. Reported. To facebook bonjour RATP page but they just said they worked for them (at their desk in Paris). The link to support is dishonest - there is no support.UPDATE Now I have a reply from developer asking for more info but email they quote doesn’t work !!!!! So no means of contacting except through review here.

Hello, we’re sorry you couldn’t access the maps and that our support process didn’t help you. We understand how frustrating it must be to see them on hotel Wi-Fi in Paris but not while using roaming data or when trying to consult them from London. We’d like to look into this specific issue. Could you tell us which maps were unavailable (metro, bus, or both), your phone model, operating system and app version, and what you see when you try to open them? If possible, please also let us know whether you were connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data and share a screenshot. Please send these details via to clients@bonjour-ratp.fr mentioning the reference AS0924 so that we can investigate. UPDATE : sorry we had an email problem but it's fixed now. Great app which you can use to give you all the options to get around Paris, by mixes of public transport including walking. Tells you which Metro direction to head for and how crowded the train is
