How does TaxiClick work?
1. Download for free the app on your smart phone or tablet.
2. Sign-up with your e-mail.
3. Allow access to your location to receive info on your booking status in real-time.
4. Confirm your pick-up location and if you wish your destination, so we can inform you of the estimated price of the trip.
5. Book now or in advance by indicating place, date, and time of your pick-up.
6. You travel with family or friends and need a minivan or with a pet, set it up in the service options! We only send you a taxi that meets your needs.

The app is easy enough to use but not a great overall experience for the booker. It misses two key functions - the ability to schedule and the ability to pay. Once you see the behaviour of the drivers it’s easy to understand why. Trips are often not accepted or frequently cancelled after booking . After a week in Ibiza and trying to use at least once a day (10-12 trips in total) we were only successful in securing a driver once 🤷🏼♂️

Not reliable, poor grade and low budget app for an high grade island that is incredibly expensive. It can cancel you whenever it feels like it. Customer service is awful and not helpful! Uber is a more expensive however, on point and more reliable than this app! You can’t even make contact with the driver unless they call you, which most don’t and ignore you or some drivers call to ask where you are going and if the direction doesn’t suit them they cancel you especially if you get drivers around their change over time of 17:00h.

It's better than nothing but four times out of five the addresses in their database are completely inaccurate. The taxi drivers will instantly accept your booking then immediately drive off in the opposite direction clearly with other passengers but won't cancel. So you'll be left standing around wondering what's happened.When the drivers do decide to see through the booking, they often seem to have no ability to figure out where you actually are so eventually give up and again just drive off in the opposite direction.As I said, it's better than nothing but don't rely on it.

We were recommended this app by the hosts of our villa in Tenerife however we seldom found that drivers would want to pick us up, especially once they were aware of how short the journeys were (10 mins) etc. in addition to this, we had numerous cab drivers be openly racist to Polish people (one of our friends being polish herself) and refusing to do journeys because of this (their own words!!!). Difficult to avoid these particular drivers as they all seem to be connected in some way but would recommend renting a car or avoiding the app as they are enabling these horrible drivers!!!
