Completely replaced logmein after they started charging. This is better. I don't need company support just to get back to my macs and to relatives and other computers of friends I'm supporting. Free for in house use (?) but a small cost to use over internet. Nothing compared to other services. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Until...
ERROR CODE 32 RESTARTING...98%
I used this program a lot mainly for me to use my desktop in bed- not having to be in the cold. It was absolutely amazing until recently i have had a constant satellite dish symbol - “use anywhere” feature, which I have not paid for / bought. I have troubleshooted a lot but nothing to seem to help. I even changed devices. Please can I have some help - I use a iPhone 6s IOS 11 and Ipad Mini 2 IOS 11. Possible problem - new bluetooth keyboard connected to the IOS device and wireless mouse connected to the computer via usb. It would help out a lot if you could address this problem. Thank you.

In addition to checking whether the PC and the device are on the same network, getting the satellite icon could be due to the possibility that the required ports are blocked by a firewall from the OS or third-party antivirus software. I was surprised with the low latency and how well it worked... when it was working. For the first few times I’ve had problems with the desktop streamer though, one time it didn’t come up with a log in option and others it just kept loading. But after a few uninstall and installing it was working and it has been amazing since then.
Fantastic app
crumbly and chewy
Just switched from Teamviewer after 10 years. Splashtop is so much better, easier for clients to set up, especially with all the macOS security hoops that must be jumped through, and it’s cheaper. That said, the main issue with Teamviewer is the terrible customer service. Wish I had switched sooner!
