This is THE best weather App. In my 9 years of owning a smart phone this is the best app so far. Some apps try to put too much in.. Some the opposite... insufficient information! This is just right! The graphics are excellent!💕💕💕 Initially I was looking for a weather app that despite whatever the weather may bring that the app would put a smile on my face! This has done exactly that and much much more! Thank You Thank you..,, There is an app called dark sky weather - which seems to be designed Is to make you feel depressed I assume. This is the opposite it puts a smile on my face even when it’s raining!!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

In general I like this app. It’s the one I like most of the four weather apps I have on my phone as it’s clear and has attractive pictures for each location, often local ones. I think it’s pretty accurate too - in my opinion more accurate than the Met Office one which is overly pessimistic! However since the last update a week ago (2.24.1) the widget isn’t showing the latest weather - it just shows a cloud with a sad face. Look forward to a fix for this. Opening the app from the widget brings up the correct weather so everything is fine otherwise.One other comment - there’s no need to save every location searched for. You could offer to save it but it is saved by default so I often have to delete saved locations which are not currently relevant to me. It would be nice if you could change this - thank you.

It's unfortunate that this app got redesigned. Pre-redesign it got 5stars, hands down. The original graph that combined temp, cloud, wind and rain was superior to any other app. Easy to scan, professional looking and super easy to get the weather data for the day/next 24 hours at a glance.The new design has simplified this both in terms of data presentation/visualisation and visual aesthetics in general. What previously looked like a data-driven service now looks like a tonka toy app for kids. As a UX designer myself, I struggle to inderstand the rationale behind this shift.It's now pulled out the precipitation graph and relied on simplified bars to represent temperature. The problem with this is that scanning the data is difficult now. I've given the change several weeks to adjust/settle with me, but I still think this app has lost what made it unique and useful.There's a few steps that can be taken to achieve former glory. I urge the design team to look at the previous design and features and bring them back into the new aesthetics. Loose the individual bars by joining them, angle the segments to bring back the ebb and flow of temperature change and reintegrate precipitation. Lastly the advertising! Offer an in-app purchase to remove them. The way you've gone full on tabloid with edge to edge paralax scroll ads is cheap and nasty.

I’ve used this app for quite a few years now, and I find that is is usually 100% accurate with weather forecasting.I find the format so easy to understand, the visuals clearly show what one can expect in relation to the days weather forecast, love the rain drops at the bottom of the page, giving a visual of the amount of rain fall one can expect.Some other apps contain lots of technical detail, which I find are difficult to understand. This app uses plain language and good visuals to show one what to expect over the next 24 hour period.
