Lyfta app covers everything I need for accountability when training on my own. Quick and easy to use when working out, and has most exercises. I’m finding more additions to the app even now, and even on the free app which really is fantastic. Glad I discovered this great app!

App is brilliant and I have been using this for 3 months now everyday. However with a recent update it only updates the exercise rings with the link to apple health and fitness (your 3 rings) so annoying it’s not adding the calories to the move ring. I hope this is just a bug and will be fixed in an update. I think I have tried everything my end and it only changed after an update recently so assuming it’s a bug that Hopfully gets fixed soon.

Needs more for non gym users.

I tried the free version and must admit it’s better than most workout trackers. However, my only issue is that I’m not a gym person and work out at home with dumbbells and bodyweight. While the app offers an option to filter workouts for custom plans, all their plans assume you’re in the gym. It would be great if there was a global filter to make workout plans easier for people like me. I might consider the paid version if it simplifies things.

Could use a saved section

The app is really great - one of the best ones I’ve used.My only critique is it’s hard to save workouts or splits - would love to see a “saved workout section” where I can just have a list of my saved favourite workouts
