I worry that this app doesn’t protect its drivers - I really hope it does - Enri who somehow clearly found us 3 times! Looked after us so well and got us where we wanted and home and no fuss. Particularly noted when we’d not had a great experience with another bad cab app. This app is worth it for the drivers in Albania - the people - rather than the tech
Developer Response
Thanks for reaching out!I'd like to hear more about your concerns that our drivers aren't protected. If you feel like telling us more about this, send us an email at support@patoko.com and we'll hear you out. I can assure you that we treat our drivers very well, they come visit us at our office in Tirana, and we have a relationship with each individual. You also mentioned something about the tech there. Have you encountered any difficulties with the app? We're constantly improving the app and would love to know if anything gave you a hard time.
Highly recommended.

I have found this app to be incredibly helpful for cab rides on Albania. I could not find an address on the app and used the in app help…within a minute they had added my destination. 5 star service. Thank you.
Poor Driver Attitude and Unprofessional Service
RokaSuw
I was disappointed with the drivers’ attitude during my trip to Albania. Unfortunately, this was not just a one-time experience, as I encountered this issue on multiple occasions. While the app itself can be convenient, the drivers’ behaviour and lack of professionalism made the overall experience unpleasant. I hope Pakota takes this feedback seriously and improves its driver service, because good customer service should be a basic expectation.
