Brought this off the tiktok shop to be used in a bird box. Easy to set up and very handy with the solar panel. Connects to WiFi with no issues, very clear picture quality and instant notification when there’s motion. Only downside is that only one person can be logged into the account, which is annoying! (Hence the 4stars). Hopefully the developers will update the app to sort this out. I’ve paid for membership as well

I strongly advise everyone to avoid the Live Home (Kement) app, as they are nothing but I feel them just a group of thieves. Despite me paying for full-year cloud storage for both my camera and doorbell, they abruptly canceled my service after only two months. They are now dishonestly demanding that I pay again for coverage that should have lasted until 2027.Beyond the stolen money, this is a completely rubbish app that constantly fails to function. It rarely records throughout the night, leaving huge gaps in my security between midnight and 7:00 am. Even when I try to access my event logs or use the chat feature for support, the app simply claims that I do not have a registered device.The reliability of this platform is non-existent, and the cloud storage is a total scam. You will constantly find yourself missing vital footage because the system simply stops working whenever it feels like it. Do not waste your hard-earned money on a service that provides zero value and will leave you feeling cheated and completely unprotected at home.Please do not trust this company with your security or your finances. I have had a terrible experience with their dishonest billing practices and broken software, and I do not want anyone else to fall victim to their traps. Save yourself the headache and frustration by finding a reputable, trustworthy company that actually honors its subscription agreements and records consistently.

When the first charge was required after working well for a month I could not charge the unit. I tried many cables and nothing worked. I tried several contacts with the company and eventually they sent a voucher for £5. . I wouldn’t even attempt to spend the £5 as I’m fairly sure that would end in disaster as well. I didn’t ask for £5 I simply wanted to know how to charge the battery be very very careful doing business with his company. I have also lost a £30 for the year for the Internet back up of course there’s no way of contacting these people just don’t get involved.

bought camera for yard. cant seem too get correct time here in the UK. bought a yearly subscription for camera. the chat seems too be alright too sort out camera. but still no avail. camera is on charge at the moment. the charge holds up fine. just the live view is not working. plus the recording, of whos coming and going from front yard. covering driveway , does not pick up van , car or family. coming and going. i have left it with the company too sort it out. apart from that the camera would be ideal if i get this sorted. i will update any changes at a later time
