Payment will be charged to your Apple account at the time of initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Mum of two boys (age 7,4) who are super active, strong opinions (read as ready to argue!), not the best at listening at times, so understanding DFK mentality just a little bit has been a godsend and the way this app breaks it all down into a way that is clear and easy to digest.Started making the app part of my daily routine, listening to it for 20/30mins at a time. Also love the fact I can have setting for each child, as no two kids are the same.Would be great if the app could have a family account option so my husband could also use it as we in this together.

I have been using the good inside resources over the last 2 years and even recommended them as a resource for my patients (I am a consultant obstetrician with a special interest in trauma informed care). The app has found a fabulous way to condense and transmit the great wealth of resources into bite size flash cards! It has meant being able to access it when you most need it. Cannot recommend this anymore for those difficult moments in parenting and life xx
