I’ve been using Ava Mind for some time between my therapy sessions. The AI assistant provides thoughtful and compassionate guidance whenever I need it and has helped me build better habits when I begin to feel low. The app is easy to use and feels like a safe space for my mental wellbeing and it’s reassuring to know that help is always available at my fingertips. I’d recommend Ava Mind to anyone starting or are in the middle of their mental health journey.

I’ve tried a lot of AI apps, but Ava is genuinely impressive. Unlike most, it actually feels intelligent and helpful.One of my favourite features is the ability to search for a human therapist if I ever need extra support—such a great addition. The wellbeing guides are also really well written, offering thoughtful and practical advice.I’m loving the new feature that lets me listen to blogs instead of reading. It’s like having a podcast, which is perfect for driving or multitasking.I downloaded this app when it first launched, and it’s amazing to see how the team keeps rolling out updates and new features. Thanks for making such a great app! 🙏
