The Fragrance Shop app is easy to use and makes browsing and purchasing fragrance super simple and convenient. The app offers a good selection of brands and products, I can always find my favourites with ease. I also find the app has really good offers and discounts, meaning I get the most out of MyTFS membership, a really great way to shop on the go!

I have had an order delayed for over 40 days. Spoken to customer service at least 10 times during this period, sent emails but I’ve just received generic responses. Last email said the order was cancelled by the warehouse and I am required to place another order and pay for delivery fee. Now I don’t even understand that. Called the helpline and after 1 hour or waiting, she asked to put me on hold and 3 minutes later ended the call! I don’t have the order, I don’t have my money, I have no solution. I am extremelyFrustrated by this given that I made a very expensive order! FIX THIS PLEASE.

This app has never been great, but over the last few months, it has pretty much become unusable if you are blind, using an iPhone or iPad and use VoiceOver. As a result of this, I am contemplating cancelling my scent addict program if only I can find the cancellation button somehow. It's an absolute disgrace. The website isn't much better so I can't even go that route. Sort this out otherwise you will be losing customers handover fist, people who are blind like to buy perfumes in particular. It's something that's accessible to us and brings a lot of us great pleasure.

Don’t expect your order to arrive, it will be a warehouse issue then silence then after numerous attempts at contacting customer service they will still fob you off. No stock apparently - despite keeping it available on the site for Sale for 4months, then when I ask for two smaller bottles to make up for the one i ordered they just refunded without contact. Another order didn’t arrive at all. Another took two months tos with no explanation, Customer services are terrible but the social media team are great! Your only hope of getting any sense from them.
