I was searching for something to make my business more streamlined and more productive, since using Setmore I feel like this has been achieved. It is super easy to set up and easy to navigate. As I’m using it in a dental laboratory to organise work flow for my employees I don’t need all the extras that come with the premium package, I wish there was different payment plans based on what you may need, for example it would be nice if I could pay a small fee to increase the number of employees. There would be some other small things that I think Setmore could do to improve even more so, but I can tell they are a company that care about their business and I know they have continued to improve Setmore as time has gone by. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants to make life easier at work to use Setmore!! And it’s free! So give it a go!

Have been using this app for about two years now and have to say it hasn't let my hairdressing business down...My only criticism would be the notes I try to save for my clients i.e. colours used has to be saved in the customer tab rather than just clicking and adding a note from the calendar..Just takes an extra 15 seconds each time but that's a long time to a hairdresser that don't even have time to eat lunch..Also I wish after not using the app fir a while it would stay on the date I last used rather than refresh back to the current day each time..But then now I am just being picky.

Setmore is great, it is perfect for me for making appointments for my clients, I am a mobile hairdresser, and it’s easy to use etc, but a few additional applications would make setmore complete for me, and these are: if setmore could add total yearly earnings to show at a glance, and to list all your business expenses, and log with photos etc, and showing yearly total amount, and finally to be able to upload it all for your self assessment for the HMRC and this would be a complete bonus if this could be done, many thanks.

Started to use this app a few months ago now, I learned very quickly I needed the pro version as basic version doesn’t provide much. It’s fairly easy to use however there isn’t much flexibility when trying to create available adhoc slots for clients to book in. I have asked for support on this but didn’t get much help or assistance so I presume there isn’t much movement to change this. This maybe an issue as my business grows and it’s likely I shall need to change if that’s the case as not much use.If your working set hours then it’s a great app but if your needing an app with more availability options then not sure it will suit unless I’m missing something.
