I've had an iPhone for 15 years and this is the first app I've ever had a subscription for. I love it. I love the project tracking aspects, the yarn stash to visualise what I can use, the community page. I use it every day and my crocheting has felt so much less stressful since! The app developers are really involved and listen to feedback and suggestions, which I love! Only downside is because it's quite new, it's not super popular yet. Once there's more users, I think the community and pattern pages will have a lot more to look through :)

I loved the seven day trial of this and was debating whether to pay to upgrade. Despite being told before the trial ended I would get two days notice before being charged I did not get this and the money has been taken from me today.Also I cannot get the app to sync between iPad and iPhone despite having checked all the settings. I have sent a text to support twice about this but do not get relies.Overall nice app but very disappointing about contact re payment and lack of supportUpdate 26 March… I have heard from the developer and understand there have been personal issues so I appreciate the app was not priority. I will continue to use as it is a very useful app and when the sync issue is sorted will consider the paid version.

I'm really sorry about your experience! Both with the unexpected charge and the delayed support responses. For the trial notification, it's possible device notifications were disabled, but I understand how frustrating that is regardless. I've personally reached back out to you through our support channel to help sort out the billing situation.As for iCloud sync between your iPad and iPhone, I'm actively working on a fix for that in the next update, so it should improve soon.I'm a solo developer building Loopsy, so support can occasionally get backed up, but that's not the experience I want for anyone. I appreciate your patience and I'm glad you're enjoying the app overall!

I’ve only just started using it but have found it very helpful. It stores all your patterns and keeps a record of how long it took to complete your project. Just wondering how much you can do without paying, or if it’s worth paying.

Love the app important the patterns is so easy sorting them is perfect with the folders generated Easy patterns to follow with step-by-step instructions works a treat only issue. I’m currently finding is the app stop syncing to my iPad so I have to do all my work sessions on my phone which is small to read and watch the videos on where iPad works better. If the sinking could be fixed, the app would work perfect
