Track your issues your way

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Track your issues. Your way. Track is a calm, human-centred app designed to help you record pain, discomfort, and wellbeing — without forcing you into rigid boxes or clinical language. Whether your experience is physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, Track lets you describe what’s happening in your own words, helping you notice patterns over time and communicate more clearly with healthcare professionals or trusted others. Why Track is different Most health apps are built around checklists and diagnoses. Track is built around you. Free-text first — describe what you’re experiencing naturally Whole-person tracking — physical, mental, emotional, spiritual Flexible locations — body, mind, or both Gentle tags — add context without pressure Clear history & trends — see how things change over time Track doesn’t try to diagnose or judge. It helps you translate lived experience into clarity. Common reasons people use Track - Cold, flu, or sinus symptoms - Anxiety, stress, or low mood - Lower back or joint pain - Skin conditions like eczema or irritation - Monitoring long-term conditions such as blood pressure Built for calm, not overload Track is intentionally simple, accessible, and distraction-free. No accounts. No ads. No noise. Just a safe place to record what you’re feeling — honestly. Who Track is for - People managing ongoing pain or discomfort - Those preparing for GP or specialist appointments - Anyone wanting clearer insight into their wellbeing - Users who want mental and emotional health treated with equal importance Track supports reflection and awareness. It is not a medical diagnostic tool.

Timed Logging You can now time exactly how long a flare, treatment, or episode lasts. Tap the timer button next to any action to start the clock — tap again to stop. The duration is saved with the entry and shows up in your history. Apple Watch — Rebuilt The Watch app has been completely redesigned. The layout is cleaner, faster to use, and matches the feel of the iPhone app. Timers work on the Watch too, and everything — logs, timers, and undos — syncs instantly between your iPhone and Watch in both directions. Charts & History — Major Improvements - New Day view shows your activity hour by hour - Pinch to zoom in on the Day chart; drag to pan across the hours - Navigate between time periods using the new ‹ › buttons - Timed durations appear directly on the chart dots in the Day view - Timed session totals shown in the Issues list below the chart Edit Your Issues Tap any issue in Manage Issues to edit its name, description, action types, and colours — all in one place. You can also delete an issue from the same screen. iCloud Sync — Fixed and Hardened Your data now syncs reliably to your personal iCloud account. If you ever reinstall the app, a restore screen appears automatically and your history comes back without any action needed on your part. Mini Trend Chart Each area on the home screen now shows a 7-day trend line at a glance.
