As a landlord managing multiple properties, keeping track of inspections, compliance deadlines, and photo evidence used to mean juggling spreadsheets, random camera rolls, and a mess of half-organised folders. Witnessed has completely changed that. The dashboard gives me an instant snapshot of everything that needs attention — upcoming gas safety record renewals, fire risk assessment deadlines, and check-ins across all my properties, all in one place. No more digging through emails to remember what’s due when. What really sets this app apart is the sealed evidence feature. Every photo is timestamped and independently verified through DigiCert’s trusted timestamping, so I have proof the file existed at a specific point in time — down to the exact UTC timestamp. For deposit disputes, damage claims, or compliance audits, that level of verifiable proof is invaluable. It’s the difference between “I took a photo” and “I can prove this photo hasn’t been altered since this exact moment.”The quick actions (photo evidence, new inspection, scan document, report issue) make day-to-day use fast and intuitive, and having properties organised individually with their own status and deadlines means nothing slips through the cracks. If you’re a landlord, property manager, or anyone who needs defensible, timestamped documentation for inspections or compliance, this app is worth having. It takes the guesswork and vulnerability out of “just trusting” a photo’s metadata.Bottom line: simple, professional, and genuinely useful for protecting yourself with real evidence.
