Fully customisable, you can swipe the screen to add ripple effects and distortion as your filming which is such a cool feature. Defiantly the best VHS cam app and it’s definitely worth the money, the VHS is so realistic that it looks better than editing footage in post with customised overlays. Also, the sound in the videos have that VHS sounding quality which is awesome. Date and time can be changed and a custom title can be added in and out in as your filming. This app is perfect for shooting cheesy 90s game shows or commercials with your friends (even making Blair witch inspired short films). I would definitely recommend this app, it’s so fun to use!

I didn’t expect this app to have the quality that it does! It really is mind blowing how accurate this is to the real family video camera quality on VHS that myself and many others are familiar with. I’m already having so much fun with this app and I recommend it to anyone who has a passion for filmography and preserving iconic retro culture. Download it! buy the full version! The app is going nicely and I absolutely love the new way of changing the aspects of the picture! But now there’s another problem. When importing, the frame rate goes to around 5 to 10 frames per second no matter what resolution or frame rate you choose. It could be because I’m on an iPhone SE first generation. But then again, recording with the built in camera works fine. I don’t know what’s causing the problem as importing worked fine before the 1.6 update. Anyways still a solid 5 star app.

I simply had to buy the full version its too good... love the features, only problem is the tilting idk if im doing it wrong but if i turn on and off the tilt on my phone while in app it doesnt affect it. apart from that its perfect, wouldnt mind a glow in the dark style filter though like where u look light mint green and everything else is very dark like some secret mission goggles 😂I REALLY BADLY want to be able to import videos and pictures i already have too, please add this as a feature
