Wallet: customers can allow card screenshots in Profile > Preferences (off by default, with a warning)

• A fresh new look: a cleaner home screen, new brand, order and card pages, and easier-to-read text. • Send a gift card as a gift: choose a design, add a message, and we email it to them. • Checkout is quicker to use: your payment options appear straight away. • Your phone number is now confirmed with a code before it is saved. • Links from our emails and website now open in the app. • Invite friends and earn a reward on every gift card they buy, then spend it in the app or withdraw it to your bank.

Support now lives in the app. Raise a ticket, attach a photo from your camera roll, and read the reply in the same place — no more third-party chat window. When somebody answers you, the app tells you where the answer is waiting. Brands and amounts we have stopped selling for the moment are now shown as out of stock, instead of failing when you try to pay for them. Smaller amounts now explain why they cost what they cost. If a payment looks as though it failed and you try again, you can no longer be charged twice. Thank you for using Inispo. If anything is not right, open a ticket from your profile — we read every one.
