Tried for ages to play online with a specific friend. We both tried for ages to connect. Very poor software. Frustrating.

I love this game and have the physical version at home which we all enjoy, but we do not seem to be able to add each other to play online, we have all tried but no one seems to be able to succeed with it. Also it does seem incredibly ‘coincidental ‘ that the expert bots is able to place at least 2-3 tiles down each turn, this does not replicate normal gaming opportunities in this game that generally relies on which tiles you randomly ‘pluck out of the bag’ as well as your observational skills to spot where to place them………resulting in the game becoming very irritating - opinion of family & extended family

My sister and I play this game online twice a week. Since the latest update we are finding it difficult to complete a game. It keeps telling both of us ‘ waiting for other player to play tiles’. The only way to continue is to completely close the app and then reload it. Otherwise a very enjoyable game.9th December.This is still happening. That’s if you can get the game to load. It just keeps shutting down.
