The app is brilliant only it being I created an account and I went onto my phone to add another account. I successfully added it but I went on and my other account are gone. I tried to re-add them by re-logging in but it did not work. I can’t login on any of my other devices. I’ve even tried installing it on this one. I’ve had to create a new one apart from that. Absolutely amazing when you’re logged on all the accounts are available to switch to. It’s absolutely amazing One of the best email apps ever use it for our business honestly need it.

14 day no quibble refund NOT THE CASE

I am still currently in talks with the company. As despite promising a 14 day refund policy. They are not interested in this at all.Interestingly, despite having more than enough funds to cover the payment for the software when I purchased it irrespective of the browser I used, I was unable to pay for this product with my bankcard.I must’ve tried forever over 30 minutes. I also messaged their support asking if this was normal or if they could help.I then came up with the brainwave of going into the app via the App Store instead of from their website.This proved not to be a problem and I was able to pay there and then for the software. Sadly, the software didn’t work properly for me and calendar events were not populating properly, so I decided to cancel my subscription on day three.Ever since then I’ve been trying to get my money back. However, they claim not to be able to do this and I need to get support from Apple.I’ve paid this company money, it is proving difficult to get my refund. I’m really disappointed. As everything about this company would suggest that they are decent hard-working people with a rather clever piece of software. However, it wasn’t quite for me. So at this point, they don’t seem interested anymore and don’t wanna help.Hopefully this can get sorted. As I’m really disappointed. As much as anything else is the amount of time that this is taking in what should’ve been a simple refund.

Just when you think the boundaries of email client design and delivery have been reached (Spark was hard to beat) along comes Spike! It combines the best of Messenger with a modern email platform and you get a fast, intuitive and fun to use App! If you’re a serious Business user, don’t worry, all the important background email type stuff is still there leaving you with an uncluttered UI to read threads as conversations! You can present your emails as the usual Inbox or group them by Subject or People! You can even create Groups so in effect creating Teams! Another big plus is the Developer has it ready for Desktop as well including Mac! I’ve made the App my default and feel part of a revolution in re-launching the email format! Great Work guys!
A cut above the rest

As someone who receives many emails, I’ve tried many email apps in the past which apparently sort junk from important emails, with pretty limited functionality & success.Spike however, goes one important step further than the rest. So if you have several email addresses which is no problem for Spike, it sorts or suggests priority emails & shows everything else in other. You have total flexibility to move from one category to another. What’s different is the tab which among other things allows to block emails or reschedule to a date & time of your choice.Overall it’s so easy to set up & manage 5* definitely all the way
