So I have been using Gopuff for about 3 months now. I have to say it is by far the best delivery service I have used to date. When you join there is a promo subscription which means you are not charged the £1.79 delivery fee which is great, you also receive points on your orders that can be redeemed for rewards such as £5 coupon off your order. I am in north London and they have a lot of promotions and price reductions, I have grabbed some real bargains. At Christmas I recieved a nice gift of £10 coupon, a tote bag and candy cane via Royal Mail. Their delivery times have always been fantastic with polite drivers. Pricing is very good with a wide range of products, I will often find things cheaper using Gopuff than I would in local supermarkets. The fresh fruit and vegetables are always fresh and the sell by dates on items are always good. On the 1 occasion I recieved an incorrect item the matter was dealt with speedily via there customer support which is email based. Another good feature is your coupons can be redeemed against tobacco,alcohol and reduced price items. In the north London area they are fantastic, I can’t comment on other areas.

I am an autistic university student living independently and my main struggle is doing my weekly food shop. The closest shop that isn’t too expensive for me is an ALDI in the town centre. Its really busy and loud and overwhelming and even with accommodations such as my ear defenders, I really struggle to do it. When i do manage it I’m whacked out for days after. Ive never been able to order from mainstream online grocery shops because its too expensive, and i was wondering if gopuff would work for me. It was only around £4 more expensive than my usual aldi shop, and it came within 15 minutes! It has helped so much in improving my life with a disability, as I now have energy to do basic things that i struggled to do before, such as cooking dinner and showering every day.My one issue isnt really an issue, but it was a bit of a shame that they don’t have those knock-off, slightly worse quality versions of branded products that you get in places like ALDI, because it made it a bit more expensive as I had to buy slightly more pricey (though better quality) items.Driver struggled to find my flat within the complex i live in, but I don’t blame him as it happens all the time here!!

I’ve had this app for about a year and it used to be one of my favourites but is has deteriorated massively, even with the cost of living crisis aside, this app has been getting worse every month firstly by increasing the fam subscription which will undoubtedly go up by more the original price is one of the reasons I got the subscription in the first place, the only way to avoid a small order fee is by spending £15 or over each time you order when you used to be able to just spend a fiver with no added fees which is really disappointing, the selection is drastically reduced nowadays as it used to have a wide variety of food and drink - some of which you couldn’t find anywhere else - but since it got obsessed with price matching tesco express and whatever deal it did with Morrisons the selection is basically the same as a supermarket petrol station. Finally the “puff points” which used to be really impressive with rewards but ever since they included the daily wheel spin, you need 1.5/2 times the points to get the same rewards and it completely negates the whole point of the rewards as you have to spend so much to achieve them it really isn’t worth bothering. This app really isn’t what it used to be and frankly you may as well go to an off license or a petrol station if you have one nearby.

Our order was literally destroyed during delivery. The driver delivered us a bunch of wet bags, broken beer bottle and wet crisps, other items were scattered on the floor along with this mess, all dirty and covered in beer and dirt from the ground. The driver didn’t even apologise and left. We cleaned the mess and connected to the customer service, they told us that our proof pictures were not good enough and that they offered us refund for the damaged items only, which was 5£ when the order was around 20£. By the way, there was also a missing item and they said they won’t refund it without an investigation. They didn’t care that other items were super dirty and filthy and that our evening was ruined, they didn’t care about the driver’s unapologetic behavior and that we had to clean it all for like 30 minutes. We were regular customers for 2 years, with a monthly Fam subscription. After this rude conversation with customer service, I cancelled my subscription and will not be ordering here again. Customers, especially regular once, deserve a better attitude. They could have simply refunded our order understanding that we had a part of it missing/ruined and a part in a very filthy condition, but they didn’t do it. They lost a customer and it was their choice.
