I don’t get the negative reviews. You create a board, then upload pics into that board, then share that board by text or email. You can also upload an image or video without going into a board and share it... and then add it to a board later on if you like. That’s as complicated as it gets. The one thing I don’t like, is we have the wetransfer plus pro account and use it every day at work. But, we can’t log into it on here?! It would be great to be able to log into it and transfer files using the boards. Put the login option in and I’ll give you 5 stars :)

We love collect, we’ve been using it for many years. However after all this time it still is glitchy and faulty. I don’t understand why We Transfer can’t get it together as this could be such a hit app! There is so much that could be done to improve this wonderful application. Every 6 months myself and my team must completely deinstall and reinstall the app, as it completely breaks down. And we are locked out. The app is super slow, glitchy and sometimes doesn’t download we transfer files. Images can’t be reordered within the folder. Folders can’t be ordered by date and they auto change their order constantly. Which is super frustrating. Sharing access can’t be revoked once given out. Meaning ex-colleagues can still access folders. We are very concerned about the safety of our files. If we don’t use a back up. We have been put off joining Collect Pro due to all the above issues. Hope We Transfer finally invests in sorting out all these issues. It’s been happening for literally years! And I can see I'm not alone in flagging this. Would love to see this app work effectively as we love the layout and look.

I LOVE this app And it’s been my go to, for years But lately I’ve found it glitchy New boards don’t work immediately - this has been happening for ages -not able to add images to a new board or adding them but they don’t actually add & the name of the board reverting to blank I was logged out the other day (in the middle of something 😆) I logged back in to find all of my boards being in such a weird order & there’s no where to reorder them by date ? Like ‘most recently added’ It would also be good to be able to move items around within a board so they can be shuffled in to-the right order no matter what order they are uploaded in Currently I’m stuck with the menu frozen, hence the review! Help! (I pay for pro so I’m slightly disappointed) Four stars- if it’s working (one knocked off for not being able to reorder images within the file) But currently looking at not re subscribing & finding an alternativeToday I logged in to find that almost all of my boards have vanished. Nightmare .

Used to love this app. When it works still do. But every few months something goes wrong. Twice I’ve found blank screens, all my work gone. Huge panic before eventually after writing, work restored. Currently I’m being told I have to optimise whatever that means. So I can’t load anything at all. I’ve only used under 2gb out of 2OO gb!Reminder, guys we’re paying for this. Can you advise about above optimise prob. Getting to your engineers is not without difficulties.I create cartoons for kids tv and write crime novels, not art/writing I can suddenly lose or not access. Which means for safety I have to back every thing an Dropbox or whatever. Meaning Collect loses its point. Thinking of stopping my account. Pity because it’s attractive and great when it works. My fave app for art etc. Come on guys-help me out.
