Milanote 4+

I am so glad I came across Milanote, I’ve used it for 2 years now and it is now a tool I rely on daily to organise my workflow both personally and with my team. It’s so flexible with layout and content, it looks beautiful and it’s super easy to get stuck into. My favourite uses are: creating mood boards that other team members can contribute and comment on, creating call sheets with links and exporting as PDFs to share with crew and organising projects with multiple boards within each. Honestly would be lost without it now - thanks guys 🤍

Easily my favourite way of organising projects and writing down ideas, pasting URLs, text, images, everything! The app is good, but Milanote on desktop is the best way to use, edit and experience everything - your screen is essentially used as a huge table for realising everything as part of your project. I’m currently developing a Shopify store and, with the mountain of work required, Milanote has become essential.

I love the desktop/web version but the phone app is a bit frustrating. Little things such as coloured notes only show as dark. Also as a previous reviewer mentioned, notes get mixed up. Developers…🙂I’m wondering if there is a way to make things appear as seen on the desktop in a way that allows a finger gesture zoom in? This would make it my go to app, hands down. My workaround is to screenshot my Milanote desktop page then open the photo in the Milanote app …but this is obviously not ideal. Generally love the versatility of Milanote. Look forward to the phone app improving.
