Stop glorifying animal exploitation, planet rock.

Best rock radio station in the uk, except for that cooking show, we are bombarded every day and in every way, with, 'buy this murdered animal' 'consume this murdered animal', planet rock doesn't need to add to the horror fest, that is the meat and dairy industry the references to 'uncle Ted' are bad enough (Google his past times and political views), you don't play the lost prophets because of what the lead singer did, well maybe start thinking about what nugent does to animals, along the same lines. Times are changing, people are becoming more aware about the consequences and who suffers, for their choices and rights, I'm sure planet rock cares about all its listeners, so isn't it better to choose a little more care over, less care, especially when it doesn't cost any more. Bring back car mode

It is nice to play missed shows again in the latest version of the app. If only you could put on shows from Rick Wakeman, as he is was the person that got me into planet rock. These were days when the station had no adverts. Nowadays I don't like the number of adverts and you play too much jovi. When these happens, I flick to another station. And yes I do listen to other stations.I live in the southwest where You have to listen via the net as planet rock changed dab channels. Yes I did complain at the time but no change Lastly, but no means least, bring back the CAR MODE. As it brilliant & safe to a point. In the locked house screen, you were able to pause, adjust the volume. The latest version has no car mode- no night time mode, unable to touch to pause, adjust volume when screen locked and no time out in live screen so it bright with the long dark winter nights approaching.Bring back car mode asap, so I will keep listening inFingers R H

Production needs improvement

I like listening to Planet Rock and have recommended it to a few people that I know are into the same kind of music, but it’s not the best when it comes to the production. There’s regularly a duplication of the previous few sections of transmission and the advertising is all over the place. One advert starts to be broadcast but then another takes over as the first one is playing, occasionally with both at the same time. Can’t imagine that’s what the companies in question are after. I know it’s commercial radio and understand how you get your £, but you constantly have ‘competitions’ to win £’000s but not a word about gambling - which this definitely is - when all of the TV ads for the same thing have to have the Gambling Aware message. If you can tidy things up then it would be pretty much perfect!

I have been listening to Planet Rock for several years now, it is my favourite station, bar none. The idea of being able to listen via my iPhone is great, but the app is about the worse one that I have for connecting, either on wifi or 3G/4G. There are times when I have to give up trying and turn to something else to listen to.Come on Bauer Music, get your techies on it and get it sorted. Make it easier to connect and stay connected. I really like to use the listen again function but more often than not, it doesn’t work. I have tried logging out, closing the app, relaunching and signing back in - all it succeeds in doing is wasting my time and cause frustration!
