I downloaded this app to save time and money and it’s actually more expensive than going direct to the museum or site. I was in Paris Nov 22-25 and tried to book Catacombs tickets. I’ve been before and paid €12 - this app wanted €30 to skip the line! Are you insane?! I walked down to the Catacombs at 9:30, waited half an hour and got in and paid €13. I’d be raging mad if I had shelled out €30 for a skip the line when there was hardly a line to begin with. Also, the price listed for the Louvre is the same as buying it direct! Then when you go to book, it’s more with FEES! The Louvre charged me €34 and Headout wanted €37 - €7 in fees. This is a scam. Offer REAL deals or stop pretending this is a bargain app. I’m deleting it. I have yet to see any bargains here and paying more than double to skip a line up by 20 minutes is folly. The difference between €13 to €30 is basically a nice Parisienne lunch. I have better ways to spend €17.
SCAM, Selling fake tickets to National Parks

We purchased tickets from here for Plitvice National Parks, but needed to make a slight adjustment. Unfortunately we were told we could not as this was their ‘policy’ and that I should ring the national park directly. The national park were happy to make changes and help until I said who I bought the tickets from. To my surprise I was told that they do not work with Headout and that they can not accept tickets purchased from their website. They fill out the details wrong resulting in people spending their hard earned money on effectively nothing. We were told by the lady from the national park ‘even if we could access those tickets we are not allowed to touch them’.I raised a dispute with our bank and called Headout again. This time I confronted them with what the national park had told us, asked them to explain their policy, and why they were selling tickets to a park they are not partnered with. My questions were left unanswered, I was told to raise a dispute, and then hung up on. All we wanted to do was enjoy the national parks on our holiday, but it had now been ruined thanks to Headout. Refusing to answer my questions and refusing to acknowledge they don’t work with the national park they claim to.

I don’t understand how the review becomes so high. I paid money and couldn’t go because their number to the operator is incorrect. I booked a tour to Girona and Figueres. I wanted to join directly in Girona and not at the meetup point at Barcelona. So I called the numbers of the tour operator they provided- all of them were either non- existent or incorrect. I called their Madrid office who knew nothing about the one in Barcelona even the number. I was unable to join the tour even I paid 70+ euro! So I called the customer service of this app. The girl had a very bad attitude and said I should be patient in waiting for a decision if I can get my money back. Wait, it’s your problem not connecting me to the operator! I have e the 100% right to claim a refund! Even if I am present in Barcelona- what if I couldn’t find the tour group? Without a right number, how can anyone join the tour? Isn’t this a scam- just put a schedule there to make people join - and people can’t join because the number is incorrect? And they avoid to give a refund? The customer service is even having a nasty attitude to serve? The most ridiculous tour agency experiences for me ever! How can other reviews be so good??

This is a horrible middle man company. I booked a cruise/van gogh museum package for Amsterdam, and while reading their site they say they have a zero amendment/cancellation policy, but their website is severely vague and unclear. It clearly states That in the following steps you will choose your cruise time and museum time. But you don’t. You choose a 3 hour time slot. But it’s never clear when the cruise is and when you museum slot it. I contacted customer service twice and was told my museum entrance time was 11am, when it says on their website in black and white that you are not able to enter the museum until 1pm and later. I can’t get a cear reason why this is, it is contradictory to what they are now saying. And of course there is no cancellation. How convenient that they offer an 11am slot to a museum that doesn’t let you in at 11. I will be fighting this with my credit card company. This sounds like a huge scam. Do not book from these people or people like them. Go directly to the museum. Never ever use a third party. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I am booking this a month in advance by the way, not the day before. Never again.
We’ve put the bugs to bed and given the app a little shine. Get ready for a smoother, more efficient experience!
