UpdateSo for the last year when I get a notification on my iPhone it won’t play sound - so I miss any offer unless I’m actually on the phone - this is an app problem as I have changed phones and it still doesn’t make a sound (all other apps do) - it is set to sound in all areas it should be - I even took it to an Apple shop where they confirmed it was the Influenster app causing the problem- I have contacted Influenster and when they finally answer after many weeks, it isn’t ever resolved- this is incredibly frustrating!I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I have been sent some amazing things to test - I love being able to leave honest reviews that hopefully help others.

The idea of this app is amazing and if you are based in the US then it probably works better. The app is easy to navigate but - I’m based in the UK and know others have managed to get it up and running without issues and are actually getting opportunities. In my experience I just keep getting stuck. At first it wouldn’t let me link my social media accounts so messaged C/S but think they are overwhelmed with queries as it took well over a month to get a response to fix that issue. Now I still can’t use it properly as all the daily tasks they send are either questions about US brand products which I can’t get here in the UK - so I can’t complete those and they just keep recycling the same questions over and over or the other daily task is they will ask me to review a product that I’ve already left a review for?? Unable to leave many reviews at all as most of the products we have in the UK are not on their list of products able to review. Seems I’m just stuck in US mode despite all account details being correct for UK - so have sent another query to C/S but am assuming it will be at least another month before I get a response and even then it might not fix it as I’ve read online that many people all over are having issues including those who are getting products to test but then getting the wrong items sent out or delayed which then means they can’t complete their tasks. Appears to be many issues with this app currently, so if you are only just thinking of joining my advice would probably be hang fire and just see if things get any better over the next few months otherwise you may end up as frustrated as I am.

I've been using the Influenster app for a while now, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The app's community-driven reviews are really helpful, especially when I'm trying to decide on new products to try. I have received a few small items to test out, which was a nice perk. The process of writing reviews and sharing my opinions is straightforward and enjoyable. However, the app can be a bit glitchy at times, and I wish the rewards were more consistent. Despite these minor issues, I still find value in using Influenster for discovering new products and connecting with other users.

I would rate this app higher as it’s really easy to use but try as a light to pink my social media accounts I just can’t. It takes me to log in and then just uses it like a browser to bire the social media with no actual option to link. I’ve tried the help section and sending feedback for help but nothing so the lack of support is quite poor and concerningVery helpful if you want to look up certain products and find other users experience of it but progressing through the tier system is an absolute shambles as cannot connect the social media. When eventually receive a response from support they answered a totally different question that I didn’t even ask. I’ve taken the decision to delete this app and not waste my time any further as the support is lacking and doesn’t fillMe with confidence for anything else
