Very easy to use and so efficient. Thank god I used this app otherwise I would not have realised how fast my contractions were coming. Lucky to use this and went into hospital as emergency situation arose so had I not downloaded this app and gone straight to hospital god forbid there was a tragedy waiting to happen but was avoided because my baby’s heart beat dropped. Lucky I used the app to realise my contractions were coming fast and needed to be in hospital straight away. Thank you July 2022Update: July 2024Again used this app for another pregnancy. Contractions were so irregular from one day before but I thought let me use app to monitor the times of contractions. I fell asleep and woke up with a painful contraction and again I continued to use app and realised contractions were coming 4 or 5 in every ten minutes so ran to the hospital and again my baby heart beat dropped and had baby out asap. I’m so glad I used this app as it helped to decide to rush to hospital and had I not used it I would not have gone in both times and mostly likely tragedy would have taken place as I’m high risk. This app is so simple and easy to use and I would recommend all mums to use it.

I went into early labour at 36 weeks and for hours had been ignoring cramping. When I realised how painful it was and what was going on I randomly downloaded this app and used it immediately. So simple, no messing round, intuitive, just tap the screen - just what I needed while in pain (no endless data collection or setting up). Really useful to have visualisation/info of contractions (duration, frequency) for discussions with midwives over the phone. Reassuring to have the information on how your body is progressing and make decisions about when to go to hospital.

The app is great. The whole screen is tapable so it doesn’t matter if you’re looking at it or not, you can stop the timer easily enough.The only thing I may add is a few articles about contractions and how to tell the difference between them and Braxton Hicks. And when to call the hospital/ambulance. Also, this is more with Apple than the app itself - you have to physically go into it to start the timer. So if you’re trying to keep an eye on any tightenings you’re having (which I’m having to do) you will either need to have this app open at all times and not use your phone for anything else, or open the app while the tightenings is happening. Apple need to get an option to use these type of apps easily with a click outside the app

I had a false start night of 8 minute apart contractions. This app allowed me to easily record my contractions by just tapping the screen when each contraction started and stopped. I left the app open on my phone all night and was able to get micro sleeps between contractions (!) (it was that easy to use!). No further faffing then just those two taps per contraction. It meant my husband didn’t have to time them so at least he could get a bit of rest, and I didn’t have to remember any of the data as it was all stored on my phone.The only suggestion is to be able to go back as far as you like, the tracking bar at the top seemed to limit how many hours you could look back.
