I downloaded the app when I arrived and have used it all week. It hasn’t let me down and seems very intuitive. Only slight gripe is that I’ve struggled to get info about some terms used in the Sydney travel vernacular e.g. what does ‘pre-pay only’ mean in terms of tapping on and off with a contactless card? Loved getting around using all the different public transportation and this app made that possible with confidence.

I have used this App for 10 days in Sydney & NSW and have found it one of the best transport apps that I have used. I found it simple and intuitive to use and also accurate.Congratulations to the developers on creating such a useable customer interface with the data.
Widget not showing saved routes

I have been using the app for a few years and was really excited for the widget functions that allows quicker access to platform information. However when I edit the widget, my saved routes aren’t shown on the options, which means it’s basically useless for me to have the widget taking up the space on my screen. Please could someone fix it!
Incomplete journey view removed

Latest app removes the option to check if you have any incomplete trips due to tap off being missed, or buses not registering them. Poor customer experience given you should ensure people pay for the service they use, and are not overcharged.
