I’ve been using TalkHome for over 20 years since it was just a calling card. This app makes it a lot easier to call abroad. You don’t have to go to the shop to buy a bed calling card you just top up in the app. Also the rates are very competitive compared to other apps. The call quality like you are calling direct from your phone. Also if you use the local access number they can see your actual number on the other end. Thank you TalkHome and keep up the good work.

Unable to top up international mobiles

It’s so frustrating after having topped up an international mobile, the app makes it subsequently impossible to top up more of international mobiles. I’ve just finished topping up one now, I need to top up more but it wouldn’t let me. It has always been like this since I downloaded it. Please this has to be fixed… Though a fantastic app!!!

AVOID - Charged multiple times for dropped calls

I contacted the live chat to check why I was being charged for the call that never connected or kept dropping. I was asked to email which o did however, I never received a reply. I contacted the live chat again and again they asked me to email in again. This is a waste of my time as they clearly don't want to refund me and they are refusing to help. Btw they auto charge my card even though I keep toggling off the auto charge. Such a scammy way to treat your customer. I already pay upwards if £150 a month. There is no need to steal or try charging me for calls that I never made. I will never use this app again.

I’m just only noticed a problem which suddenly it disconnects Nicole has been three times disconnected do you are in the car probably it will be a big problem in software hope it does solve the problem for everyone but the rest is a good app to use
