Personal Loan highlights:

• Loan Amount: Minimum: ₹ 50,000 and Maximum (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Repayment Tenure: (36 months(Min)) to (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Rate of Interest: 10.80% to 16.00%
• Processing Fee: Can go up to 2% of loan amount.


For example: For a Loan of ₹ 5 lakh, borrowed at an interest rate of 0.89% per month for 60 months, the payable amount would be Rs 10,809 per month.

Processing Fee: * ₹ 1,770, Other charges: ₹ 0, Interest: ₹ 1,48,539.

The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 6,48,540.

Note: Interest rate and Processing Fee vary as per the products.

Not impressed

I used to use this app nicely until a few months back when it stopped working. I am an NRI and I want to be able to login and see my balance. My pin still works and then it takes me to a screen asking me what type of account do I want to open? I already have an account. Wonder why this app has to be so difficult and unfriendly?

SMS service and Ux is worst

I have made this complaint many times. Whenever I try to transfer the money, I never get the OTP on time. The problem with the whole design of the OTP is also a problem. For example if you click on resend a OTP it send a new OTP and sometimes you will be getting the old OTP. Then you will end up typing the OLD OTP and it will not work. Please change your SMS provider to the one used by SBI and also the UX person in your bank should go to a village and try the whole system in a place where the network is weak. I feel that the UX or product team of ICICI bank mobile or internet banking is sitting in AC room where proper network is available and designing the system. The team should observe how the end user with limited connectivity is using the system. Also the transactions mandates to have the physical debit card with us. With the advancement of tap or Google pay, tech savvy people have stopped carrying the purse.

Can not receive OTP in U.K.

I’ve had so many issues with OTPs. When I complain to the Customer Service team. They just read out the standard response from their script. No help whatsoever. When ever I try to transfer money it gives the option to receive OTP as an SMS OR call. neither of which works. Customer service advised me to use the online banking through a browser instead. I can receive OTP through online banking with no issues. What’s the point of Mobile app then if I can do my day to day banking? They’re blaming my phone network. I receive OTPs from every other bank without any issues.. only ICICI seems to have an issue. I suggest ICICI IT cells to pull their fingers out and fix this.. otherwise I’m moving to a bank that values it’s customers and doesn’t treat them as if they’re stupid.
