I have used a lot of camera brands throughout my life, as I have been involved in this hobby for about 30 years. I constantly modify and adapt them to meet my specific needs, whether it's for mounting them on a bicycle, attaching them to a shotgun, or mounting them on a helmet, all for the sake of capturing that perfect shot. Insta360 has allowed me to focus on the game while it takes care of everything for me. The tracking system is truly amazing, and the software available on the phone is also very user-friendly, intuitive, and helpful
Use to be good
App is now almost unstable since the last update both in my iPhone 13 pro max and on my surface duo 2 Tbh the updates this year have made the app worse and harder to use. I don’t expect the developers to read this or other peoples reviews and change things as it wouldn’t make them any money come in guys you have ruined something that was good! You have asked for response via email which I do have a Insta360 account which I will do, the app just freezes doesn’t crash but have to close it and reopen and happens a lot now, I have also notice the image Quality to have gotten worse with the last 2 updates, what have you done? I use to have useable video now it’s just no better than a cheap action camera 2k, 1080p look like nothing more than 480p and now seams to really struggle with the background video, no issues with photos have you changed the max bitrate? I have the fast card I can find tbh doesn’t matter what card I use I get the same results with this im really not interested is buying anymore of your cameras!

Waste of screen space on iPad
Oh come on Insta, it’s 2020 for goodness sake and you have still failed to make your apps work in Landscape mode so here we all are on our lovely iPads stuck in portrait mode! Does anyone at Insta actually test their apps or even read the comments on the App Store complaining about this? Such a shame as it makes editing a real painful experience. The app itself is over-hyped to be honest as your pivot system is unreliable and often just does it’s own thing, very unintuitive so I’m pretty much stuck with having to use the desktop to convert the files to use in FXPX - why no plugin for that like you have with Adobe Premier Pro (I have that too as part of Adobe CC but don’t like it). Come on guys, listen to your users and get this app sorted for iPads. Oh and one last thing - stop spamming us with ads and notifications in the app, it’s infuriating.
