The Insure&Escape TravelMate App allows you to access all your travel insurance, gadget insurance and car hire excess insurance policies from Insure&Escape in one place. You’ll be able to make a claim, buy a new policy and access your customer zone to make changes to an existing policy. If you’ve joined our loyalty club you’ll also be able to access all your benefits and rewards via the app.
When you are traveling you’ll be able to:
- Get direct access to our Emergency Medical Assistance Service when needed.
- Make a claim against your policy
- Use our translation service (including offline functionality)
- See the latest Travel Advice from the FCDO.
- Access information about Major Travel Incidents
- Find numbers for Emergency Numbers in the country you are visiting.
