The CedarTree TravelMate App allows you to access all your travel insurance, gadget insurance and car hire excess insurance policies from CedarTree in one place. You’ll be able to make a claim, buy a new policy and access your customer zone to make changes to an existing policy. If you’ve joined our loyalty club you’ll also be able to access all your benefits and rewards via the app. When you are traveling you’ll be able to: - Get direct access to our Emergency Medical Assistance Service when needed. - Make a claim against your policy - Use our translation service (including offline functionality) - See the latest Travel Advice from the FCDO. - Access information about Major Travel Incidents - Find numbers for Emergency Numbers in the country you are visiting.

As you can see the app is rubbish from all the reviews and also they don’t help or pay your claim. I had an issue and they wanted me to claim from the airport and not them, after months of them getting back to me it’s now to late to claim. Stay away from these.

I’m new to Cedar Tree insurance so when directed to the App Store and seeing the 1* reviews, I have to admit I almost never bothered. However! This app may have been bad in the past but at the time of writing it’s good. Everything you need in one spot. My policy, customer support and more. Happy to recommend. Knocked one star off as it could have a bit more ‘style’, but that’s personal taste.

Always wanting me to re input my security information, when I am logged in nothing works and I actually end up tapping hard on my screen, im actually using an Apple device which is easy and the app is ridiculously stupid, sack the developer!

Thought I'd use the more convenient app on my phone but it doesn't recognise your password or the numerous attempts at inputting an OTP when you try to log in! Hope their insurance is more reliable.
