We all love itsu the food is fresh and healthy and very tasty.

But the app is sooo annoying.
I got the app and got it scanned when I ordered, I got one stamp. Then I asked what do I get when I have all 8 stamped, you get a FREE meal, that’s good, what free meal do I get? One main dish, but when i ordered I ordered 3 main dishes. So the itsu worker said I need to get them to put 3 meals thru the till separately to get 3 stamps. Ok I will try that.
Next time I go I do that but it only scans one and I get 1 stamp. So I spend £20 and get 1 stamp. Every couple of weeks I go and always have problems, never had more than 2 stars. We always order roughly the same.
So all the app does is now annoys me.

Why why why don’t you just give me the average price of all my meals as my FREE meal. Then I will get 3 meals and not be annoyed!

Whilst the loyalty option is good - and typically works - the rest of the time I try to use anything else on the app it just directs me to a map of my nearest itsu. Can’t view menu, order click and collect etc. 3 stars for poultry card only.

I earned all points and then didn’t get my free meal as my points all disappeared. There is currently no way to track your spend history and points meaning that when you’re missing points, or your rewards all disappear (which is what happened to me), you have no evidence so they don’t let you redeem in store. Very disappointing.
