Trying to use an app. Not that experienced on it. Getting nowhere.
Operators are a disgrace
Other than the fact your drivers keep cancelling rides they initially accept, operators are useless at giving information regarding the status of your requested ride or when you can possibly expect a taxi. Irrespective of whether you booked by hours in advance or not.
Difficult
Used app to book a taxi, or so I thought. No taxi no booking. Not sure how app
Works. Was late for my train.
