Cleaning patios or the car - the Kärcher Home & Garden app makes everything simpler. The app doesn't just let you control your smart helpers; it also helps you with every step of the initial startup for new devices and gives you access to many additional services. With pressure washers from the Smart and Power Control range, you get a wealth of expert knowledge about high-pressure cleaning via the application advisor. For example with step-by-step instructions that are precisely tailored to your device and accessories, allowing you to get the most out of your products, avoid damage and gently and effectively give your favourite pieces back their WOW.
For pressure washers with Smart Control, you can adjust the settings manually or transfer the setting recommended in the application advisor for your specific cleaning situation directly to the device via Bluetooth.

Can’t read Terms and Conditions
To access the app once downloaded it states you can continue as a Guest or create an account.
When you click on continue as a guest a pop up window stated you need to confirm that you have read the terms and conditions. The problem is to access the term and condition you need to scroll the page you are on up access the terms and conditions but because it is at the bottom of the phone when you scroll up it closes the application. The same happens when you even want to create an account.
As a result you can’t read the terms and conditions and therefore you cannot even access the app, so all your stuck with is the introduction page with either option to create an account or continue as a guest.
A different means of access to the Terms and Conditions should be created so the app can be accessed.

Hello! Thanks for your feedback. Our developers are already working on a solution. In the meanwhile, you can try to change the Zoom setup of your Iphone (Settings->Display & brightness). Alternative, you can log into the App using your social media account or myKärcher account, if you already have one. Pointless
The pairing process is really annoying as if you have the machine on and ready to use you have to turn it off at the mains then turn on the pairing process on the app then turn the machine back on. Tried to do this just my turning the K5 switch off and on again then try pairing it but didn’t work. Surely it would be easier to have it so you could pair the app automatically with the machine without going through this.
