Good to book.
Easy to book at any time you want. Not possible to swap days or sell back the ticket at least not possible yet.
Cannot Book - password reset form is broken
I have had this problem for a while where I have an old account with LBRUT - I cannot remember the password so I choose to ‘reset password’ - the app tells me it’s sent a ‘password change request’ to my email, but it never arrives. Nothing in Junk folder. I’ve tried multiple times, so something here is very broken. I try to create a new account but it won’t allow that since it recognises I have an existing account with those same details. Wastes a lot of time going round in circles. Instead I simply call the pool and book/pay on the phone.
Needs updating
The app urgently needs the following improvements
1: ability to book several items via a basket or similar before payment
2: ability to remember card details or direct debit so payments details don’t have to be input all the time
3: ability to look up the timetable when booking a swim session so one can see what else is going on at the pool during the session (eg whether schools are in or not at the same time)
4: also would appreciate the ability to buy packs of ten sessions or similar discount ability
