LeakBot smart water leak alarm helps make life that little bit easier. A single LeakBot can easily spot the hidden leaks within your home's plumbing system before they become a bigger problem, helping to prevent water damage and expensive repair costs.
The LeakBot app keeps you up to date on the status of your home's plumbing, alerting you when there's a problem and also helping you to diagnose the cause and book a repair.

It works!
I fitted this device and then forgot all about it until I had a notification advising I had something dripping. Not badly but obviously these things don’t get better. I followed the instructions and found the gadget that regulates the toilet cistern refilling was dripping. Got a new fitted. No drip now.
I thought that was pretty impressive as I hadn’t expected it to do anything. Especially as I had been offered the LeakBot for free.
Don’t suppose it will save me a fortune on my metered water supply but every little helps now.
Over two years it spotted two leaks
One leak I would never have noticed without the LeakBot, andprobably never got round to fixing were it not for LeakBot nagging me every few days. luckily both of my leaks were taps and toilets, but a cousin of mine has just had to replace his kitchen floor because a tiny but persistent leak under the floorboards had caused wet rot in the joists. LeakBot would have saved him!
A magic device to keep watch for me.
Initially I had a problem as the battery tab broke off outside the unit, but an email to support put me on the right track. All connections reporting everything working, so I set about fitting the device, which turned out to be easier than I expected as the incoming water main
is hidden away some distance from my router. No problem, it connected, so I just have wait for it to learn the system noises (?). Hopefully a real friend keeping an ear out for us.
