Applications like this are great to help manage your insurance instead of having to troll through millions of open tabs and faff around with log ins et cetera in a browser. The new make a claim feature is also fabulous

You’ll spend hours on the phone listening to awful music whilst no one will ever answer the phone. I must have tried to make contact more than 10 times, after 45 minutes of absolute torture I gave up. This I will add was trying to give them my money and carry on my insurance. Normally they answer those calls, but no they don’t even answer them. Can you imagine trying to make contact for any other reason? Honestly it’s ridiculous. I can’t even complain about the customer service as I’ve no idea what it’s actually like because I HAVE NEVER EVER GET THROUGH!!!!

iPhone 12, tried logging in, you enter your password incorrectly one time, the app resets the email AND date of birth information and I’m not putting that in multiple times to try and remember my password, not to mention when you then back out of that, and swipe up to try and close the app, the app continuously flickers and spams “go back or continue” textbox on the middle of your phone making me have to restart my phone, not impressed, but what do you expect from a dodgy insurance company like lexham
