They’re not giving customers any options to tip because they claim that their wages are higher than competitors (UberEats & Deliveroo). This used to be true back in the days when they were paying you £4.50 a minimum for a delivery. But not anymore, their prices are no different or even worse than competitors now. Also, ripping in the UK is a myth! I receive like £1 tip for 100 orders lolThey’re forcing you to do 2 orders for the price of one even though you turned off the multi drop of option. And they don’t even allow you to cancel one and take the other like Deliveroo or UberEats. Extremely dirty practices that exploits drivers and takes advantage of them. The app itself is pathetic and mediocre! Who even works on these apps? For a multi billion company, you’d think they’ll have somewhat of a working type app. But no! There’s a always problem with the app. Even now I can’t work because I received 3 orders that weren’t getting loaded after accepting. Lastly, cancellation fee is the thing of the past. First they make you wait like 3 mins to reply. Then they starts interrogating you by asking you to provide them with the pic of the business. Like can’t you check my map for that? Then they asks the name of the employee who told you to cancel, then they further take 5 more minutes only to tell you that you should cancel the order yourself because they don’t want to pay you the cancellation fee despite being their fault.

Please avoid working with Stuart.They suspended my account just because I didn’t respond in time for a simple audit. But when I reached out to them, I asked if they needed anything from me or if they were waiting for any documents. They never told me what they were actually looking for. I was ready to cooperate, but they didn’t give me a fair chance.I always gave my best. I worked hard, stayed reliable, and put full effort into every delivery. But none of that seemed to matter to them. They didn’t appreciate my dedication or the work I put in.The pay is already very low, especially considering the kind of work they expect. Most of the jobs involve delivering heavy grocery orders to flats and apartments, often on top floors. Customers usually order large packs of water bottles and refuse to come downstairs. You’re expected to carry everything up by yourself.After all that, there’s no thanks, no respect, and no support.Don’t let yourself be treated this way. You deserve better. There are other, more popular delivery apps where your time, energy, and effort are actually valued.You’re a person, not a machine. Don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise

When you are online for over six hours at London, South Kensington and you have not a single order at all, While three/fours drivers are collecting all orders with several phones. This actually concludes that app is not working properly and their algorithm is flawed. Or their operator staff are doing this manually to specific relatives and Stuart company needs further investigation for lacking to a fair share of jobs between couriers and making it exclusively to their friends couriers only. Check 25 December 2024 at location zone (South Kensington, London) and you will figure out that your company is defective and further investigations from the trading standards and companies house needed and will be escalated. 25 December proved that you are defective as one client ZAPP operates 24 hour during this day.

I am writing this review as a driver working in London, specifically at the Zap mitri Way location.Something very concerning has been happening. I used to collect orders at this location without any issues. However, now my account no longer receives Zap orders at all, even when I stay at the location for several hours.At the same time, some drivers seem to receive orders quickly and consistently, while others wait for hours without receiving anything.This raises serious questions about fairness, transparency, and ethics within the system. Are all drivers truly treated equally? Or is there some form of preferential treatment happening behind the scenes?When an app controls people’s income, even the perception of favoritism or internal bias is harmful. Drivers depend on this work to survive. Fair distribution of orders is not a favor — it is a responsibility.I sincerely urge Zap to investigate what is happening at the Dmitri Way location in London and ensure that assignments are based on clear, fair, and transparent criteria.Trust is hard to build and very easy to lose. Silence only feeds doubt. Transparency is the only way forward.
