Much better than Freetrade
This is probably the best beginner friendly trading app in the UK, and certainly much better than Freetrade.
Opening an acorn is easy, deposits are instant and most importantly withdrawals only take a few minutes to see the money in your bank!
The UI is very sleek and the app is easy to navigate.
I wish there was a stop loss feature which I rely on to limit my losses. Otherwise an excellent app. Well done.
Elegant UI
Very smooth user experience both onboarding and execution - limited on company fundamentals and charts however that’s not where the power of this app is and completely fair to not be a focus as adding too much could destroy the elegance of the app. Absolutely has a place in overall investing strategy - watching with interest as more entities are added.
Fantastic App
Amazing UI but I wish they could add an ISA, that would be increase customers massively. Also fractional ETFs.. and guess what would be even better, a Lightyear debit card like T212 have just released. Most of you guys managed to create Wise, I’m sure you could pull this one off too.
