Not fantastic… yet…
I can’t make a full booking on the app yet. Quite frustrating as when I went to make the booking, an error occurred, I went to use the website instead and the space had gone. There are a few things the app could do better on, but I’ll look forward to see when it is fixed. Otherwise it’s well laid out and easy to use.
User Accounts
Extremely frustrated trying to add and book a second child into a swimming session as the app will not allow me to add a second account.
App design takes you straight to membership types and won’t let you progress further, no interest in committing to a membership type, simply want to book kids into a swim session.
Stupid, bloated and over complicated! Well done Aberdeenshire Council
