i've been a customer for more than 3 years and they always serve me very well. I've never had a problem at any point. I've seen good friends lose accounts or have problems with data using other grabbers I feel very safe here.

I used this app for 1–2 weeks, and instead of giving me shifts, it kept removing them. I contacted the support team multiple times and never received a single response. Out of frustration, I unsubscribed and stopped using the app.Two months later, they unauthorisedly charged me £46 — even though I had already cancelled. I’ve tried contacting them again and still no reply. This app offers zero support, doesn’t deliver the service it promises, and charges your account without consent.I strongly advise others to stay away from this app. This feels like a scam and should be investigated.

The app it’s just amazing, give you shifts for all times you need, very easy to personalise, support very helpful, everything it’s just automated, register once and all you need it’s to confirm on your just eat app the shift will be there. SUPER RECOMMEND ✅.

Guys, this is an absolute scam. Please do not trust this app or the people running it. Once the money is deducted from your account, nothing proceeds further. You can’t connect your Just Eat credentials, and when you report the issue to the support team, they don’t reply.Shift Grabbers is a total scam overall. You’ll struggle to find runs in an open run because of these fraudsters. I wasn’t using it at first, but after getting frustrated, I paid for the subscription—and immediately regretted it.
